Public Safety Solutions, Inc. (PSSi) is a public safety consulting firm located in Maryland along the beautiful waters of the Chesapeake Bay. Our firm is licensed to conduct work Nationally specializing in providing management consulting services to public safety agencies such as fire departments, police departments, emergency medical service agencies, and 911 dispatch and communication organizations.

Specifically, the firm provides fire, police, pre-hospital emergency medical services and dispatch management consulting services related to fire station location assessments, facility assessment, risk analysis, fire, vehicular apparatus, staffing, mutual cooperation and consolidation, management assessments, community-based programs, records, dispatch, training, and human resources.

Our projects have taken us to cities, townships, and counties all across the United States of America ranging in population size from just a few thousand people to over 4-million.  Our work has included the development of full-scale master plans, special management studies, apparatus and staffing analyses, 911 dispatch and communications assessments, station location analyses, records management evaluations.  To date, this work has been performed by PSSI team members for more than 150 fire and emergency service organizations.
